EWA Eco-Wood-Art is an international manufacturer of premium wooden mechanical models, 3D puzzles, and decorative wooden products. Our products are sold in more than 40 countries worldwide, and we continue to expand our global distribution network.
As part of our expansion into Uzbekistan, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to help develop our business, build strong partnerships, and grow sales across the country.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with toy stores, gift shops, souvenir retailers, bookstores, hobby stores, and other relevant sales channels.
• Conduct product presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential customers.
• Prepare commercial offers and manage the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment.
• Support the expansion of the company's presence on local marketplaces.
• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with logistics and customer support teams to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in toys, gifts, souvenirs, home décor, hobby products, educational products, or related industries would be a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop new business, and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team.
• Experience working with distributors, retail chains, or marketplaces is a plus.
• Fluency in Russian is required.
• Knowledge of Uzbek and/or English will be considered an advantage.

Working Conditions
• Official employment in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Full-time position.
• Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Three-month probation period.
• Fixed salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses linked to KPI achievement.
