EWA Eco-Wood-Art is an international manufacturer of premium wooden mechanical models, 3D puzzles, and decorative wooden products. Our products are sold in more than 40 countries worldwide, and we continue to expand our global distribution network. As part of our expansion into Uzbekistan, we are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial development in Uzbekistan and, in the future, across Central Asia. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy in Uzbekistan. • Identify, attract, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesale customers, and retail chains. • Drive sales growth through toy stores, gift shops, souvenir retailers, and other relevant sales channels. • Launch and develop sales through local marketplaces and oversee their performance. • Build, lead, and motivate the local sales team. • Conduct negotiations with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's long-term growth objectives. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Director, Commercial Director, Head of Sales, or in a similar leadership role. • Proven experience in building and managing distribution networks. • Strong background in B2B sales and experience in one or more of the following sectors: FMCG, toys, home goods, gifts, souvenirs, hobby products, creative products, or related industries. • Existing relationships with distributors and retail chains would be a strong advantage. • Experience working with marketplaces is a plus. • Excellent negotiation and business development skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results. • English proficiency (B1 level or higher) will be considered an advantage. Working Conditions • Official employment in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. • Full-time position. • Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. • Office-based or hybrid work format (to be discussed with the successful candidate). • Three-month probation period. • Fixed salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses linked to KPI achievement.
