Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients
Provide accurate information about financial products
Assist clients with inquiries and problem-solving
Maintain high-quality customer service standards
Record and update client information in CRM
Requirements:
English level: C1+
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Stress-resistant
Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, etc.)
Working Conditions:
